Tutorial: Glitz & Glam Holiday Look

This is the first of several Holiday 2011 looks. For this look, I applied glitter to the lower lash-line and kept the eye shadow very simple. As an optional step, you can amp-up the bling factor by applying glitter to the lashes too. Please see the video for step-by-step instructions.
