FaceFront Feelin’ Beachy Look +Video

Here is a quick, simple Summer look using FaceFront’s Feelin’ Beachy Set, available at FaceFront for $28.50 (until June 3, 2011).

1. Apply an eye shadow primer all over the lids and into the crease.

2. Using a flat, angled liner brush, apply Painter’s Blue to the upper lash-line. Wing it out at the outer corner.

3. Using a fluffy eye shadow brush, apply Bold Gold (dry) to the lid and along the crease.

4. Using a smaller shadow brush, foil (dampen your brush) Bold Gold onto the lid.

5. Touch up Painter’s Blue if it’s faded from applying Bold Gold.

8. Apply mascara to the upper lashes and the outer lower lashes.

7. Use a medium-sized, fluffy blush brush to apply Kept Coral to the cheeks.

Very nice blog, quality articles. Thank you for your work.

Wow you are so fast. I don’t know how to put gel eyeliner that fast. I always take my time. But I didn’t know that you put the eyeliner first then the eyeshadow, and reapply the eyeliner. I never taught about that. I’ll try that next time for my makeup

I only did that because gel liner is more difficult to get right and remove than a pencil liner. So I put it down first as a guide, then apply the shadow on top and re-apply.

And now I REALLY see your crease! *feels silly*
Really love that blue liner so much…

WOW, that blue eyeliner is so gorgeous!!! I love that it shows up a bold cerulean colour…..it’s usually very easy for blue eyeliner to turn almost turquioise due to the yellow undertones in asian skin, but it looks so beautiful here 🙂

And I actually think that you’ve given me an idea of how to wear my prom makeup – I’m in my seniour year (or Grade 12 as we like to call it in Canada :P) and I’m wearing a short baby yellow chiffon dress….I think gold eyeshadow would go really well with that 😀

And I always wonder what mascaras people use in their tutorial videos….my asian lashes are sad and wimpy but yours looks so fluttery and natural!! Could you please share your secret??

Thank you so much for everything, I hope you to see more posts in the future!! 🙂

Oh, I just used Physician’s Formula Organic mascara for the tutorial. It’s not the one I wear most days. My favorite for everyday is Maybelline’s Full n’ Soft.
