So that weird pom-pom thing is a mascara wand? I really wonder if it works very well–maybe just for the ends? Have you ever tried one?
I don’t really ever wear mascara…I really hate curling my lashes, and putting on mascara is a pain…it’s been a disaster when I’ve tried so I just gave up, since I don’t have the patience to learn. :-p Every beauty book everywhere says “you really should curl your lashes, it makes you look alive and awake” but I just really hate it. :-p
I went to the link for Planete Beatute you provided, and I have to say, I’m not really very impressed with that black shadow despite the description there…”specially formulated to be used wet or dry”?…that really applies to any eyeshadow. I remember a few years ago when Revlon had TV ads with that same line…I can’t quite remember for which eyeshadow line, but they made a big deal of “can be used wet or dry!” I guess the different applicators in the Givenchy compact is a nice touch though…if the applicators are any good. Maybe if the texture of the shadow itself is just super-awesome, then I could get excited. I suppose I’ll have to wait and see. What are your thoughts?
I kinda like the perfume bottle with loose powder glitter, even if its gimmicky.
I have. I don’t really think it makes THAT much of a difference, and you have to get used to working with it.
