This is a review for it Cosmetics’ Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer in Neutral Medium. This concealer comes in 4 shades: Light, Neutral Medium, Tan, and Deep.

Working hand in hand with the leading plastic surgeons in Brazil, It Cosmetics introduces Bye Bye Under Eye, a full coverage, highly pigmented concealer utilizing truly innovative technology and ingredients – giving women the power to finally say “bye bye” to those stubborn under-eye issues!
Bye Bye Under Eye offers a waterproof, yet moisturizing formula that will stay put no matter what. The truly innovative formula contains high concentrations of Vitamins K, A, C, E and Collagen – clinically proven to reduce under eye puffiness and discoloration while strengthening the delicate skin of the under eye area.
Additionally, the ultra-fine and creamy formula won’t cling to fine lines and wrinkles thereby not making them more visible as some concealers do.
This concealer comes in a long plastic squeeze tube and has a pointed tip out of which you can squeeze the product.
I was skeptical about this concealer before I tried it; it certainly comes with a lot of claims. Overall, though, I’m very happy with the product’s quality and the results it gives.
The concealer has a creamy consistency that’s actually quite thick to the touch initially. When I put this on my arm for the very first time (to swatch), I thought there was no way this concealer would be thick and yet natural looking. I was mistaken.
This concealer not only gives good coverage, but is moisturizing, doesn’t look cakey, and is long-wearing. I’ve found it difficult to find a concealer that is both fade-resistant, moisturizing, and doesn’t settle into lines. Moisturizing concealers tend to be extra emollient, and therefore settle into lines. On the other hand, concealers with good staying power tend to be drying (which is what makes them stick to the skin).
This concealer does a great job of not settling too much into any lines while keeping my under-eye area smooth-looking and moisturized. It claims to be waterproof, but water resistant is more accurate. Either way, it’s long-lasting.
It’s great that the concealer also has vitamins in it, but the collagen in it won’t do anything for your skin (collagen can’t do anything for your skin if it’s on top of it). It also won’t do anything to reduce puffiness or decrease darkness (other than while it’s on your skin and covering up dark circles, of course).
Ease of Use: 9.5/10
Just squeeze the tube and get a small amount of concealer (you don’t need much). Then tap the concealer under your eyes with your finger. Set with a powder.
You get 0.28 oz of product for $24.00. MAC’s Pro Longwear concealer is $16.50 and gives you 0.30 oz of product. Urban Decay’s Surreal Skin Creamy concealer is 0.32 oz and costs $16.00. As you can see, the it Cosmetics concealer is a bit pricey. But it’s a great product, so paying more for it can be worth it.
Try if: you find yourself having to touch-up your concealer
Buy if: you’re still searching for an under-eye concealer with great coverage, that’s moisturizing, and that will resist settling into lines
