Haha I saw you posting this on twitter and it made me LOL, now I see this post again and makes me laugh even more. The varnishes look great though!
I think that while the polishes look quite pretty, the entire idea of the campaign sounds silly. People should vote for their president not because he has launched a nail polish line that they love but because they actually believe in his platform and their ability to perform. This reminds me too much of that kid that would bring in cupcakes to get you to vote for him/her….not impressed.
I don’t really think it’s any different from having bumper stickers, hats, signs, shirts, etc. The PR people were just creative enough to branch out into a market that caters to women interested in beauty items.
