This is possibly my favorite of the pictures I’ve chosen for the POTW posts. It’s masculine and feminine, dark and beautiful, and brilliantly artistic. It makes me think of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.
It took me ages to track down who did the photography and makeup for this photo. Usually, the photos for POTW posts are random images I stumble upon and I rarely am able to find where they originally came from. But I was so captivated by this photo that I searched on-and-off for weeks to track down the artists.
