This blush comes in Benefit’s typical box packaging except that the lid doesn’t come all the way off. Instead, it unfolds and stays attached on one side. There is a mirror inside and an angled brush.
When blended together, these colors leave a pale, powdery pink that is semi-matte when blended out. The pan does contain small shimmers, but the effect is subtle on the skin.
The formula is stiff and dry and so doesn’t transfer onto the skin very well. The pigmentation is weak and the blush takes plenty of layering to get it to show up on the cheeks.
The blush also has a very strong, sweet smell, which I just don’t understand. Lip products having a smell or taste I get–but blush? Fragrances are irritating to the skin as it is, but regardless, why would you want your cheeks to smell?
The brush is actually very decent and somewhat soft. It’s better than the brushes that come with older Benefit blushes.
Ease of Use: 8.5/10
