Company’s Description
“Second to none” is how famed makeup artist Jackie Gideon describes our blushes. Jackie’s favorite shade is Catalina while celebrity artist Sam Fine loves Laguna. With professional formulations and a wide array of colors that range from neutral to vibrant, our blushes have earned their place on sets of film and television and have become must-haves in makeup kits everywhere.
Cargo Cosmetic’s line of pressed powder blushes come in 15 different shades. The shade Mallorca–a bright cherry color–is reviewed below.
Packaging: 9/10
Cargo’s blushes come in the company’s signature circular tin packaging. The tops slide off and the light-weight nature of the material makes these a good choice for traveling with.
Quality: 9.75/10
Mallorca is a strongly-pigmented, bright shade. Though Cargo describes it as a “cherry” color, it leans more pink than red.
Though there are no discernible shimmer particles in the pan, and no shimmer particles in the powder, the color somehow leaves a sheen finish to the skin. So while the underlying powder is matte, the formula won’t make your cheeks look dry or cakey.
The powder blends very well over the skin. You should use a light hand since the color is very strong. The blush has great lasting power, showing no signs of fading even after the 6th hour.
Ease of Use: 9.75/10
Use a fan brush if you’re light-skinned and are worried about the intensity of this color. You can always layer the powder to build up the color.
Price: 9.25/10
For $29.00 you get 8.9 grams (0.314 ounces) of product. For the price, this is noticeably more product compared to similar brands like Stila, LORAC, and Tarte.

Finally! Someone reviewed a Cargo blush! I love their blushes & I have had this one for a long time since it’s so pigmented
It hardly looks touched since I use a fan brush as you suggest. These blushes are so under rated IMO… I have 6 of them & they are all gorgeous! Thanks for the awesome review!
Yes! I agree. They aren’t very well-known and are definitely under-rated.
