Rich and creamy HD Blush naturally sculpts and highlights the cheekbones for a soft-focus effect that is great for everyday use. The Vitamin E enriched formula conditions and hydrates the skin for a healthy, radiant glow. Velvety soft, lightweight and highly pigmented color creates a long-lasting result for all day wear.
e.l.f. has added five (5) new shades of its new HD Blushes, which are now part of the company’s Studio line. This review is specifically for the shade Superstar–a medium coral pink.

This blush comes in a clear, cylindrical, plastic tube and has a cap that surrounds a pump applicator. The bottle is very light.
Superstar is an intensely pigmented shade. It is completely opaque unless you use a small amount of product and spread the product out over the skin. Luckily, the cream formula for this blush does thin out over the skin smoothly and evenly if you use a small dab of product.
The blush leaves a velvety finish on the skin–not completely matte but also not reflecting light.
The blush stays strong all day without fading or becoming patchy, so you can expect it to look the same after the sixth hour of wear.
Ease of Use: 9/10
The product, despite it opaque quality, blends out over the skin fairly smoothly and easily. I found it evened out slightly less evenly than Headliner, but by only a tiny amount. Make sure to use a very small amount of product at a time. I’ve found that using a duo-fiber brush helps to distribute the product thinly.
The only criticism I have is that it’s difficult to get a tiny amount of product out of the pump at a time.
For $3.00 you get 0.34 fl oz of product. This is an amazing price given how much blush you get.
