Etude House is a Korean makeup brand. This review is for Etude House’s Lovely Cookie Blusher in #2, which is a very pale pink shade. This blush is apparently one of Etude House’s most popular makeup items. Keep reading for photos, swatches, and my thoughts!
Packaging: 9/10
This blush comes in a domed, plastic compact. Inside, you’ll fine a fluffy puff applicator and the blush.
Quality: 8.75/10
When swatched, shade #2 is a very pale yellow-based pink color. The formula also feels very soft, but a little chalky.
But once the blush is applied onto the cheeks, the pink pigmentation shows through more strongly than you’d expect. It also doesn’t look powdery or chalky on the cheeks. The color is definitely on the subtle side, but not a weak as it seems when swatched.
Ease of Use: 9/10
This powder transfers onto the skin well and doesn’t require as much layering as you might expect. The powder blends out very nicely and evenly.
