This romantic fragrance embraces all aspects of the Tuberose’s loveliness: fresh green shoots, dew-sprinkled petals, and lingering sillage. The distinctively elegant flower is enhanced by violet leaves and peach softens into the plant’s silken blossom. A base of white cedarwood and cistus enhances the impression of refined charm. The effect is a most gracious aura. The woman who wears this fragrance boasts a natural poise as she dances through life with a ballerina’s elegance. Her presence is a joy for all.
The Flora Garden Collection is a bouquet of scents inspired by the House’s renowned Flora pattern. Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini explains: “With Flora by Gucci, I wanted to express the loveliness of the Flora woman: charming, romantic, and optimistic.”

Style: Charming. Romantic. Optimistic.
Gucci’s Flora by Gucci Garden perfumes come in clear, hexagon-shaped glass bottles and come decorated with a black tie.
At first spray, this perfume smells heavily of alcohol. The alcohol evaporates after several seconds, leaving a scent of mostly rose and some sort of grass-like scent. Although Gucci says that there are notes of peach and orange flower in this perfume, I really don’t pick up any fruit scents.
As the top notes fade, I get just a little more of the cedarwood scent mixed in with the rose scent, but there honestly isn’t much change.
The perfume stays strong for about three (3) hours and fades significantly by the fourth hour of wear.
For $70.00 you get 1.7 ounces of perfume. This is the standard amount of perfume size and an average price-point for a brand like Gucci.
