Quality: 9.8/10
#404 is a pearl finish eye shadow. It’s an intensely pigmented, opaque, metallic copper shade. It will make any eye color pop. This shade isn’t glittery or sparkly, but gives off a strong shimmery effect while still being completely wearable for the office or a daytime look.
I’m completely in love with the formula for this color. The powder isn’t crumbly, dusty, or stiff. Instead, the powder is soft and wonderfully buttery, gliding onto and over the skin with ease. The shade blends and layers nicely too.
Without primer, this color started creasing after three and a half (3.5) hours. Applied over primer, there was just slight creasing after six (6) hours of wear. I didn’t experience any problems with fall-out during the day.
Ease of Use: 9.8/10
The formula has just enough softness to apply to the skin smoothly without crumbling. Blending and layering are simple too.
Price: 9.75/10
