KIDE VI is a luxurious and light to apply mineral blush with diamonds to create a perfect romantic blush on your face. Light reflecting and translucent, light and oil-free, the definite queen of rouges. A romantic new product you can’t help falling in love with. Sweet multiple shade to give natural beauty on your cheeks the whole day through.
KIDE is part of MSCHIC Cosmetics, a Finnish cosmetics company founded in 2007. This review is for the blush in VI Kissed.
This blush comes in a square, wooden box. You twist and pull off the lid and the blush is housed in a deep well inside the bottom compartment. The box packaging is less refined than plastic, but much more unique. The box is also pretty bulky, so it’s not the best for traveling with.
This powder is very finely-milled without being powdery. The formula is soft and smooth on application. It has good but not great pigmentation, so you will probably need to add layers to make it show up on the cheeks.
The baked pan has gold veining, but when you actually apply the color, you don’t see distinct gold shimmers. All the colors in the pan mixed together, you get a medium pink with a silver sheen.
Ease of Use: 8.8/10
The blush’s smooth formula makes the color glide onto the skin smoothly, but the medium pigmentation means you might have to layer.
For $85.00 you get 10 grams of blush. Without a doubt, this is a very expensive product. For comparison, Dior blushes cost $42.00 and contain 7.37 grams.
