Laura Mercier’s Lip Glace lip glosses are said to be long-lasting with a balm-like finish. They currently come in over a dozen colors. This review is for the color Sparkling (formerly named “Champagne”)–a nude beige shimmer.

This lip gloss comes in a rectangular, clear, plastic tube and contains a doe-foot applicator.
Quality: 9.25/10
Sparkling is a light, frosty pink-beige color that will lighten the natural color of your lips slightly. The color has a healthy dose of micro-shimmer particles that give the lips a lot of shine without looking gaudy.
The formula is very thin and smells like vanilla cupcakes. The emollient formula is moisturizing for the lips. The gloss has no stickiness.
This formula also wears longer than glosses usually do on me–a good three (3) hours, even with light drinking.
I like the formula of this gloss and how it wears, though the color is not super unique. It’s a lighter version of MAC’s Pro Longwear Lipglass in Boundlessly Beige.
Ease of Use: 9.75/10
This gloss’ thin formula and nude color apply very easily. The doe-foot applicator is gentle on the lips and allows for a fairly precise line.

For $24.00 you get 0.12 ounces of gloss. This is on the pricier side, given the amount of product you get.
