Company’s Description
A smooth and lasting eye shadow with glimmers and pearls that delivers a sparkling finish on the lids.
Milani’s Crystal Eyez Sparkling shadows come in 6 different shades. These shadows can be worn alone or over powder eye shadow. The color reviewed, below, is Delightfully Dazzling, which consists of blue and silver glitters.
Packaging: 9.75/10
Crystal Eyez Sparkling Eye Shadows come in plastic squeeze tubes. The opening is narrow, which gives you good control over how much product you dispense.
Quality: 6.8/10
This shadow has a gel consistency. The product has small blue glitters and larger silver glitters which cause a grainy feel on the skin. I suspect these aren’t cosmetic-grade glitters–they seem more like art glitters. The texture isn’t pleasant, especially on the eyes.
The shadow looks beautiful in the tube, but when it’s applied, you lose most of the color you see in the packaging. Instead, you get a clear base with sparse glitters. The glitter effect is weak and you have to layer to get a decent finish, regardless of whether you apply it alone or over another shadow. The effect of this color is slightly better than Glamorously Glittering. I didn’t experience any fall-out.
Overall, the effect was disappointing.
Ease of Use: 7.75/10
In order to get any sort of noticeable shimmer, you have to apply 2-3 layers. You also need to wait for the product to dry in between layers. Application is complicated by the fact that the glitter doesn’t distribute evenly, which is another reason layering is required.

For $7.49, you get 0.3 fl oz or shadow.

Looks like glitter glue… Not for your eyes…
This just doesn’t appeal to me at all. I guess the copper looks a little better.
This reminds me of glitter glues for school projects!
