Company’s Description
A moisture-rich cream blush formula that provides smooth, silky color for naturally luminous skin. The velvety texture delivers long-lasting color and blends easily natural-looking color.
This review is for NARS’ Enchanted Cream Blush, which the company describes as a soft peach with gold sparkle.
Packaging: 9/10
The NARS Cream Blush packaging is made of NARS’ classic rubberized black plastic and has a lid with a mirror inside that snaps shut. The outside of the packaging is a magnet for powder products, which makes it difficult to keep clean.
Quality: 8.25/10
Enchanted is a light peach with gold glitter particles. The color is quite sheer, so if you want to use it as a blush color, you’ll need to layer it. Alternatively, you can use this product as a glittery highlighter or as a base for a stronger blush color.
The blush has a smooth, creamy formula that blends over the skin evenly. The color stayed pretty much the same for the first six (6) hours of wear.
This isn’t my favorite NARS blush because the color is sheer and you can clearly see the individual glitter particles instead of getting a more refined luminizing effect.
Ease of Use: 8.75/10
This blush transfers onto the skin and blends out smoothly, though you will need to layer it to use it as a blush color.
Price: 9.25/10
For $28.00 you get 0.19 ounces (5.5 grams) of blush. You get more blush for the price compared to Make Up For Ever and Bobbi Brown cream blushes.
what a beautiful color, and blends nicely. Never tried NARS thou…
This looks like a lovely color. I have been looking for lighter blushes since I’m so pale and everything lol This looks like it would be a good color for my skin tone.
Is there one of these equivalent to Orgasm? In color, at least.
No, not really. The closest is probably Cactus Flower, but even that is more pink than Orgasm.
It is beautiful! Can you compare it to MAC cremeblend blushes? I’ve never tried Nars cream blushes.
They’re very similar. The differences are: (1) none of MAC’s Cremeblend blushes are shimmery and this NARS blush is and (2) this NARS blush is slightly thicker/stiffer in consistency in the pan.
