This eyeliner comes in a plastic pencil. The base twists to reveal more product. There is also a tiny sharpener in the base.
Quality: 9.75/10
Tangerine Tango Twist is a vibrant burnt orange with small, golden shimmers. When applied to the lid, the color has amazing payoff and applies evenly.
It doesn’t have a formula that is as creamy as, say, Stila’s Kajal eye liners, but it does apply without too much tugging or pressure.
The liner is very smudge- and fade-resistant and will last you all day long without traveling.
