Company’s Description
Inspired by Shiseido Makeup Artistic Director Dick Page’s travels around the globe, the trio palette offers alluring combinations and intriguing variety. The true, intense colors blend smoothly to create your perfectly individual eye look.
Shiseido is a Japanese brand that is available through Sephora. The company’s Luminizing Satin Eye Color Trios come in 10 color combinations. This review is for the trio in GY901 Snow Shadow, which contains a dark navy blue, a blue-steel grey, and a white color.
Packaging: 9.25/10
This eyeshadow trio comes in a sleek, flat, square palette made of plastic. The top flips open to reveal three eye shadow colors and a full-sized mirror, as well as two small applicators.
Quality: 9.5/10
All three (3) shades in this trio leave a shimmer/frosty finish. The formula is wonderfully soft and smooth. The colors blend out evenly without losing their color. All of the colors also have good pigmentation.
The only thing that is less-than-ideal is the wear time, which I found to be just slightly less than average: about five (5) hours of wear over primer before creasing began.
Ease of Use: 9.5/10
The formula for these shadows is soft without being crumbly, so you get easy blending without fall-out.
Price: 9/10
For $33.00 you get 0.1 ounce (3 grams) of product.
