Sleek Blush in Suede

Availability: Sleek Online & Superdrug
Price: $6.50

Company’s Description

A highly pigmented blusher to brighten and define cheekbones. The silky-fine formulation provides long lasting blusher which helps to create a subtle but radiant cheek area.

Sleek is a UK-based beauty brand. The company’s line of blushes offers 10 colors total. This review is for the blush in the color Suede, which was released with Sleek’s Nude Collection.

Packaging: 10/10

Sleek’s blushes come in flat, rectangular compacts with rubbery plastic packaging. The compacts conveniently have a mirror inside the lid. These are smaller than you might expect, at around 2.5-by-1.5 inches. The compact is very lightweight yet durable, making it perfect for traveling with. It won’t take up much room but will withstand potential tossing around in your luggage.

Quality: 9.5/10

Suede is a slightly warm nude color with a subtle coral tint. The blush has good pigmentation and a matte finish but doesn’t make the skin look dry.

The formula is smooth without being powdery, blending nicely into the skin. The blush also has good lasting power and stays put throughout the day.

Ease of Use: 9.75/10

The pigmentation is good and the formula applies smoothly. You may find yourself layering a little since this is a nude color.

Price: 10/10

Though the compact is small, you get a full 8 grams of beautiful blush for $6.50! This blush contains more product than the average drugstore compact.

This Sleek Blush is really nice, though I was a little surprised it didn’t get a full score like the one in Pomegranate did. But I will definitely be checking the Sleek range now, since the blushes are of excellent quality! 😀

Mmm…this looks nice for summer! A bit too much for winter, I think though (for me, anyway).
