The formula for this highlighter is not powdery, but has enough softness to glide onto the skin nicely. The shimmer in the powder is very finely-milled, giving you a refined illuminating finish.
You get incredible payoff from the pale, creamy-white color along with high-intensity sheen. This is a great product for using with a nighttime makeup look.
