Valentine’s Day Series 2012: Taking Requests!

I’m planning on doing a Valentine’s Day Series this year, consisting of several makeup looks. I’d like to do video tutorials for them, but I need your input!

Please leave any requests or ideas for different kinds of Valentine’s Day looks in the comments below. You just might see your look posted on this blog and on a YouTube video!

I have friends that believe Valentine’s Day is a great day for couples, and only makes singles even more aware that they don’t have someone to share the day with. I think that some people might also think this way, so to get their mind of that, I believe a fun, bright look with a hot pink on the lids, black in the outer v, and thick, winged eyeliner, flirty eye-lashes and a nude lip (or something like that) would definitely be a great look to hang with your friends on Valentine’s Day. :D
The look I do for every Valentine’s Day is an interesting spin on a classic, brown smokey eye. Instead of using a warm, medium shade of brown on the lid, I use a flattering pink colour with a gold duochrome to it (think MAC’s Expensive Pink), which creates a really sweet but romantic look to the eyes, and pair it with a pink-peachy colour on the lips.
I hope you enjoy my ideas- I know they’re pretty plain, but I thought I might as well share my input! Thanks for giving your readers and followers to get the chance and inspire one of your videos :D

Not a request, but I have to say, I’ve always loved those bleeding heart flowers (but such a sad name!).
