This palette comes in a velveteen drawer that slides out of a box made of heavy cardboard. The outer box has raised, silver-colored designs on a background of ocean-inspired colors. This palette is stunning and is lightweight given its size.
This palette contains mostly neutrals and ocean-type colors, with a red and purple shade thrown into the mix.
Of the three Storylook palettes Sephora and Disney have released, I think this one has the highest overall quality. Compared to the Jasmine and Cinderella palettes, the formula for these eye shadows is soft without being quite as crumbly.
All of the 20 shades have good-to-great pigmentation. All of them also apply smoothly across the skin, with just a few exceptions for shades (Flotsam, Unfortunate Souls, Sha La La, and Sea Witch) that need more layering or pressure to get a completely even surface.
This palette has a great mixture of matte/satin finishes alongside shimmery/frosty finishes. The frosty colors have high-voltage shine to them and the only shade with arguably gritty glitter is Your Voice.
Overall, the quality of this palette is very consistent across the 20 colors. Even the shades that are more dry and uneven on the skin quickly improve in finish with a tad bit more work.
Ease of Use: 9.25/10
Most of these shades glide over the skin because of their soft formula and strong pigmentation.
For $55.00 you get 20 eye shadow colors for a total of 0.7 ounces of product. This is slightly less product than in the Jasmine palette (which contained 15 eye shadow shades plus two face powders) but the same amount as contained in the Cinderella palette.
