Company’s Description
Rooted in NYC with more than 100 years of beauty expertise, Beautiful Color Eye Shadows were developed in shades that are trend driven and in a formula that is good for your skin. The outcome: smooth, crease-free shadows that combine long-lasting color with luxurious skin care benefits. Vitamin enriched. Oil-Free.
Elizabeth Arden has released a new eye shadow formula that includes 32 shades. This formula is said to be smooth, crease-free, and give long-lasting color. This review is for the shade Bronze Lustre–a soft, medium, gold-fawn brown.
Packaging: 9.25/10
These single shadows come in square, plastic, gold and silver compacts that flip open and contain a mirror inside. The lid is embossed with Elizabeth Arden’s iconic Red Door.
Quality: 9.8/10
Bronze Lustre is a pigmented yet soft, medium fawn-gold color with a shimmery finish. You can apply the shade dry, in which case it’s semi-opaque, or you can apply it with a damp brush, which deepens the color slightly and gives you a more opaque layer of shadow. This shade is effortless to wear and can be used both in the crease and on the lid.
The formula isn’t stiff/dry or overly crumbly. It has enough softness to glide across the skin smoothly and blend evenly through the crease and it stays together enough to avoid producing fall-out.
The formula also lasts longer than average before creasing. Without primer applied underneath, the shadow didn’t start creasing until about five (5) hours of wear. With primer applied underneath, I didn’t see creasing even after eight (8) hours of wear.
Ease of Use: 9.8/10
Bronze Lustre blends out smoothly through the crease while retaining its pigmentation. It also packs on evenly when applied to the lid.

This is a gorgeous shade! I don’t own a single EA item but I might just have to check this range out. Thanks for the lovely photos.
My pleasure!
