Go bold this spring. Dramatize your eyes with a single stroke of vibrant, high-pigment color. Our rich formula goes on smooth and easy. For a soft, smoky look, apply on the inner rim of your eyes and enjoy the effect.
Elizabeth Arden’s New York in Bloom Collection features two eye pencils. This review is for the Bold Eye Pencil in Terra–a milk chocolate brown shade.
This eye liner comes in a short pencil with a slip-off plastic cap. You also get a sharpener with the liner, which is convenient due to the wider size of this pencil.
Terra is a classic milk chocolate brown color without shimmer that will work with anyone’s skin color. The formula is creamy and glides easily over the lid area. The color is rich.
This isn’t a water-proof or even smudge-proof liner (Elizabeth Arden doesn’t claim it is). You can smoke the color out after applying but be careful not to touch the eye area throughout the day, otherwise this formula might smear.
Ease of Use: 9/10
Because this eye pencil has a creamy formula, it’s simply to use and won’t tug or skip on the skin.
For $20.00 you get 0.087 ounces (2.48 grams) of product. This pencil might look small, but it packs almost twice the amount of product compared to other eye liners.
