Eyeko’s Skinny Liquid Eyeliner is a felt-tipped, liquid liner pen that comes in four (4) different shades. This review is for the liner in the shade Black.

This liner comes in pen form with the packaging made of light-weight plastic. There is a cap that snaps on and off to reveal a long, skinny felt-tip applicator.

Quality: 9.8/10

This liquid liner gives you a razor-thin, smooth, opaque black line on the lashes. The very narrow felt tip can be pressed right up against your lash line or at the outer corner to create a very thin line or flick. You don’t need to go over the line in order for it to be pigmented and opaque.

The liquid formula lasts throughout the day and night without fading or smudging.

This is probably the best liquid liner I’ve used when it comes to getting a precise line, smooth application, and all-day/all-night wear.

Ease of Use: 9.75/10

The liquid glides over the skin smoothly without needing to be layered or set with powder. The felt tip was a little intimidating to use at first because it’s long, but its narrowness really helps you get a razor-thin line.
