Kat Von D’s Lock-It Tattoo Concealer is said to be a heavy duty concealer and comes in nine (9) shades. This review depicts the shade Light 18.
This concealer comes in a clear, plastic squeeze tube with a twist-off cap.
Light 18 is a shade suitable for NC20 skin and has a neutral undertone to it (so it’s neither too peachy/pink nor too yellow).
This concealer has a medium-thin cream consistency. I find that it provides medium coverage. You can definitely sheer it out, but layering it still doesn’t quite give you complete, full coverage for things like under-eye circles.
This concealer has good staying power. Applied under the eyes, it can look a little cakey if you apply too much, so keep it to a thinner layer in that area.
It has a velvet finish, making it suitable for those with oily or combination skin because it won’t add shine.

This concealer blends into the skin pretty well. It can leave subtle streakiness behind if you use a synthetic brush, so look closely and smooth those areas out with your finger or a sponge if you see any streakiness.
