Visible Lift Color Lift Blush contours and illuminates cheekbones for a more radiant, youthful looking complexion. The hybrid cream to powder formula has a silky, lightweight texture that does not settle into fine lines, giving complexions a flawless even tone. Visible Lift Color Lift Blush is infused with tourmaline pearls for optimized radiance to revitalize the complexion and create a healthy glow.
L’Oreal’s newest cheek product is its Visible Lift Color Lift Blushes, which are said to illuminate the cheeks for a youthful look. The blush currently comes in six (6) shades. This review is for the shade Rose Gold Lift, which is a soft pink shade with a golden sheen.
Please see this post if you would like to see photographs and swatches of all six (6) colors.
These blushes come in round, plastic compacts with snap-shut, clear lids. The compacts are extremely light-weight.
Rose Gold Lift is a soft pink shade at its base that has a noticeable gold sheen to it. The mixture of the underlying pink shade and the gold shimmer results in a peach tone. Many people will wonder if this is similar to NARS’s Orgasm. The answer is: yes, it’s a fairly close, cream version of Orgasm, though the color you get out of this Visible Lift blush is softer. The pigmentation on this blush is more subtle than with the other Visible Lift blushes, even after layering.
The formula feels like a humid mousse in the pan (it’s a little more soft than Maybelline’s Dream Bouncy Blushes) but dries to a powder finish.
The color wears well through the day, but fading of the color starts after about six (6) hours of wear.
Ease of Use: 9.5/10
The mousse/cream/gel formula glides over the skin easily. Rose Gold Lift has good, buildable pigmentation.
For around $10.00, you get 0.14 ounces (4 grams) of product. This is more expensive than Maybelline’s Dream Bouncy Blushes, which cost less and contain more product.
