Revlon’s newest Nearly Naked Makeup is a foundation that is marketed as being light and natural-looking while still giving you coverage. It is available in over two (2) dozen shades. The shade I tested and the one depicted in this review is 150 Nude.

Packaging: 8/10

This foundation comes in a rectangular glass bottle with a twist-off, plastic cap. This isn’t the most sanitary packaging because the bottle isn’t air-tight and the glass leaves the foundation exposed to the sun. Keep the bottle in a dark space away from sunlight and try to dispense the foundation onto a clean surface.

Quality: 9.8/10

I have NC20 skin (closer to NC25 if I get tan during the Summer) and Naked is just a tad darker than my skin color. But I find it’s completely wearable and doesn’t look noticeably different from my skin color once the foundation is blended in.

This foundation has a liquid consistency with just a little bit of thickness so that it’s not entirely watery.

You get medium coverage with one layer and you can easily get full coverage by applying an extra layer or using more product. You can also get sheerer coverage by mixing this with moisturizer.

This is a very pleasant foundation to wear. Like Revlon claims, this foundation feels very light on the skin, even though it gives you a good amount of coverage. It leaves a slightly dewy finish. If you have dry or normal skin, you don’t need to set the foundation with powder. If you have combination or oily skin, you might want to use a powder on top to combat the development of shine later in the day.

I really like this foundation. It blends into the skin without looking like you have a layer of cover-up on your face. The foundation doesn’t get greasy through the day and does a good job of maintaining a fresh look for over six (6) hours.

The foundation doesn’t have any fragrance or unflattering scent. Plus, this foundation includes full-spectrum sun protection ingredients to effectively protect your skin from sun damage.

Ease of Use: 9.8/10

This foundation blends into the skin very smoothly, giving you a good amount of coverage without leaving streaks behind or looking like a mask.

Price: 9/10

For around $10.00 you get 1 fl oz (30 ml) of product. This is a standard amount of foundation for an average to slightly-below-average price-point.
