Beautiful light reflective finish gives buildable coverage that can be soft on the eyes or richly intense. The glossy surface and depth of color and dimension make these colors wearable.
Senna’s Do You Dare? collection for Winter 2013 features the Glow Eye Color in Silver Lining which is a sparkling steel shade.
Senna’s eye shadows come in round, flat compacts with frosted plastic lids that snap shut.
Silver Lining is a greyed silver shade with silver glitter particles. The overall glittering effect is on the subtle side. When I initially swatched this color, I wasn’t really attracted to it. But when I actually applied and tested it, I liked it more. I think whether this shade will be flattering will really depend on what tone your skin is.
I feel like the formula could be more creamy and the glitter particles could adhere better. But it also blends on the skin well.
Ease of Use: 8.75/10
The formula blends well through the crease, but takes some packing onto the lid to get a strong color.
For $18.00 you get 0.07 ounces (2 grams) of shadow. This is a pretty typical price-per-ounce of product compared to similar brands.
