This velvety smooth powder tints cheeks with soft and sheer color. May be layered to achieve rich color intensity with a beautiful translucency imbuing a natural finish.
Senna’s Midnight Wine collection for Fall 2013 includes warm brown and berry tones. This review is for the Sheer Face Color in Moonberry, released with the collection:
- Moonberry: Sheer berry
Senna’s blushes come in round, flat compacts with frosted plastic lids that snap shut.
Moonberry is a deep berry-wine shade without any sparkles that leaves a slight sheen to the surface of the skin. This blush has strong color and a velvety formula that quickly imparts color onto the skin. This is a great fall color that will work on both light and dark skin because of the color’s buildable quality.
Ease of Use: 9.5/10
You can apply a sheer layer of color by using a fluffy brush or get an intense finish by adding more product. Be sure not to apply too much powder at one time. You want to build up in thin layers so that the color stays smooth on the skin and can be blended out.
For $18.50 you get 0.12 ounces (3.4 grams) of blush. This blush costs noticeably less per ounce of product compared to Senna’s competitor brands.
