These cushiony, creamy eye pencils deliver powerful, vibrant color that slides on smooth and stays soft and creamy for blending (about 30 seconds), then dries to a long-lasting finish that won’t budge. Line eyes with a hint of color or go for the full artistic, multi-hued effect. Truly inspired, these pencils go all day and all night.
Urban Decay’s 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils are available in 40 different shades and tout a long-lasting, pigmented formula. This review is for the eye liner in Smoke–a deep, matte green.
This eye liner comes in a standard wood pencil that will need to be sharpened as you use the product.
Invasion is a dark, matte, forest green but isn’t so dark that it looks black on the skin. It retains a distinct green pigment once applied. The finish is semi-opaque.
The formula is creamy, transferring onto the lids in a smooth manner. It’s not as creamy as Stila’s Kajal liners.
The color is very long-wearing and smudge- and water-resistant. You won’t have to worry about the color fading or smearing throughout the day.
Ease of Use: 9.5/10
This pencil transfers onto the lash-line without needing extra pressure and without skipping. You can smudge out the product, but only right after you’ve applied it because it quickly dries and sets.
For $19.00 you get a total of 0.04 ounces of product. This is a typical price and amount when compared to Urban Decay’s competitor brands.
