Wet n Wild has just released a new line of products in its Fergie CenterStage Collection. The collection includes two (2) On Edge Creme Eyeliners–one that’s black and one that’s brown. This review is for the brown shade in Cocoa Riche.
Packaging: 9/10
This eye liner comes in a commonly-seen glass jar with a plastic, twist-off cap. It also comes with a flat, rounded brush made of synthetic bristles. The jar initially comes vacuum-sealed.
Quality: 8.25/10
Cocoa Riche is a dark brown shade with a satin finish.
This eyeliner has a creamy formula that dries fairly quickly. While Cocoa Riche has good pigmentation, it doesn’t apply in a completely smooth, opaque layer. It shows some patchiness after you apply the first line, so you need to layer the gel to get an even showing of color.
Other than the less-than opaque quality of this formula, it has the same wear-time as something like MAC’s Fluidline. I didn’t have a problem with the formula flaking, smudging, or fading until I take it off at the end of the day.
While this isn’t as high quality as a cream liner from MAC or an equivalent from Maybelline, it’s pretty good quality considering the price.
Ease of Use: 8.5/10
You do need to go over the first line you apply in order to smooth out some patchy bits, but the formula is otherwise simple to work with.
Price: 9.75/10
For about $5.00 you get 0.10 ounces (2.8 grams) of product, plus a more-than-decent brush.

I think cream liners work the best for my oily lids, and this seems like a great liner. I’m going to check it out and thanks for the great review.
