VMV Hypoallergenics Re-Everything Anti-Age Primary Treatment Cream effectively combats and reverses the effects of aging. 5% glycolic acid provides microdermabrasion, encouraging younger cells to surface as kinetin growth factor promotes collagen and elastin production. Antioxidants green tea and rice phytic acid fight free radicals, protecting your skin while USDA-certified organic virgin coconut oil deeply moisturizes your skin. As a result wrinkles are smoothed and skin is brighter and more even with a youthful tone.
This review is for VMV Hypoallergenic’s Re-Everything Anti-Age Primary Treatment Cream, which the company claims effectively combats signs of aging through the inclusion of glycolic acid and antioxidants. Keep reading for images of this product and my thoughts about its quality.
VMV Hypoallergenics uses some of the neatest packaging I’ve come across. On top of that, the packaging is eco-friendly. This cream comes in a frosted glass bottle that’s air-tight and has a pump dispenser. The bottle packaging and pump dispenser keep the cream inside sanitary and also keep the active ingredients protected from exposure to air, which degrades the ingredients inside. It would be better if the glass were opaque in order to protect the cream inside from sun exposure, but the glass is somewhat opaque because it’s frosted. Keep the bottle in the cabinet or a drawer to be safe. The bottle comes in a box made of heavy cardboard that unfolds open and that is also gluten-free.
This cream has a gel-cream-serum hybrid consistency to it. The formula is both light-feeling on the skin while also being incredibly moisturizing (which is largely due to the amount of glycerin in the cream as well as the inclusion of coconut oil). It doesn’t leave behind any film or sheen and so works equally well for daytime and nighttime use.
Best of all: the ingredients. An unbelievable percentage of skincare companies claim their products help combat the signs of aging when, in actuality, their products contain little-to-nothing that is effective at reducing aging signs in the skin. The Re-Everything Anti-Age Primary Treatment Cream is not one of those products.
The third ingredient listed is glycolic acid, which is a chemical that exfoliates the top layer of skin. This, in turn, helps reduce signs of sun damage to the skin. The cream also does contain some antioxidant properties (from green tea extract), though in smaller amounts.
Overall, I’m very impressed by this product. Everything from its nifty packaging to its pleasant feel on the skin to the inclusion of effective ingredients makes this a solid choice for someone looking for an anti-aging cream to invest in.
