Striking gold! Three brilliant shadows in one summer-chic palette: copper gold, pale gold and pink gold. Shadow eye liner and intese plum eye liner give the look a smoldering new edge. Highly-concentrated mineral pigments deliver long-lasting results.
Clarins’s Splendours Color Quartet & Liner Eye Palette is an eye shadow palette that includes 4 eye shadows and 1 liner shade in: copper gold, pale gold, brown gold, pink gold and intense plum.
This eye palette comes in a beautiful, square compact with a reddish brown top and reflective gold bottom made of plastic. The compact flips open to reveal a full-sized mirror, 5 shades with embossed designs on them, and 2 applicators.
This palette includes 4 slightly frosty eye shadow shades: a bronzed-copper, a cream, a slightly warm-toned brown, and a dusty pink. The eye liner shade is a very deep, matte plum that looks mostly deep brown on the skin. These colors pair well together to make a cohesive eye look.
All of the shades have a smooth, soft formula that glides over the lids nicely. The eye liner has a slightly stiffer formula, which is good for application to the lash line. All of the shades also have great pigmentation and a beautiful finish to them.
Ease of Use: 9.75/10
The soft texture these powders have makes application and blending easy. Because the liner shade is in powder form, you can get a little bit of fall-out from it.
For $42.00 you get 5.6 grams of product. This, unfortunately, is a less-than-average amount of product for the price.
