Company’s Description

Face Studio Master Glaze Glisten Blush Stick makes cheeks go dewy and gently glazed with sheer blush color. Liquid shimmer pearls + shea butter glide provide blendable blush color and smooth, even application.

Maybelline’s new Master Glaze Blush Sticks are cream blushes that come in 6 shades: Warm Nude, Pinch Pink, Pink Fever, Make Mauve, Coral Shine, Plums Up. Keep reading for a review of all 6 colors!

BH Cosmetics V-day

Packaging: 8.75/10

These blushes come in “stick” form, with slip-off caps and bases that twist up to reveal more product.

Quality: 9.25/10

Pinch Pink is a medium dusty pink color without shimmer.

Pink Fever is a bright, magenta pink without shimmer.

Coral Shine is a bright, tangerine-coral with tiny shimmer.

Warm Nude is a pale caramel with small gold shimmer.

Make Mauve is a rose-toned brick without shimmer.

Plums Up is a deep adobe-brown without shimmer.

All of these blushes have good pigmentation, though I can’t really use Warm Nude as a blush color–it’s too close to my skin color. I can use it for a slight sheen on the cheeks, and those with deeper skin tones might be able to use it as a cream highlighter.

Even the shades without shimmer in them leave a very pretty reflection to the skin.

These have a very slick formula that, compared to Tarte’s cheeks stains, is easier to blend into the skin. I also find it’s easier to blend the edges of color with these blushes so that you don’t have a harsh line between when the blush ends and the rest of your face color begins.

These last a good while, fading gradually after about 6 hours of wear.

Ease of Use: 9.25/10

You can dab these straight onto the skin and then blend, or transfer the product onto a brush first. There’s no need to set these with powder unless you want to.

Price: 9.5/10

For around $9.00, you get 0.24 ounces of product. Although the amount of product looks small, you actually get a lot more per dollar compared to NYX’s Stick Blush and Tarte’s Cheek Stain.
