Company’s Description

Perfect natural glow in powder format with effortless application from Physicians Formula. Offers radiant glow without looking made up.

Physicians Formula’s new Nude Wear collection features a multi-purpose, luminizing powder in the shade Light and Medium. This review is for the shade Light. Keep reading for my thoughts on the Nude Wear Nude Glow Touch Of Glow Powder.

Packaging: 9.25/10

This powder comes in a dainty box made of nude-colored thick cardboard and faux leather material. It flips open like a book and stays closed via a magnet. The lid has a clear window with a bow on top.

Quality: 9.5/10

This powder is divided into 4 squares that correspond to a different color: a light cream, a pale nude-yellow, a peach-nude, and a soft brown. Once the colors are mixed together, you get an almost-colorless, luminescent effect on the skin.

Because this is intended to work as an all-over face powder, the individual colors’ pigmentation is on the light side. I can still use the top two shades for setting concealer under my eyes, any of the 3 lighter shades for highlighting under my brow bone, the brown shade for a light contouring color on my eyes, and all the shades mixed together on a powder brush to set my makeup.

This powder has a very soft formula that applies and blends well. Because of the slight luminescence this powder has, it’s not the best on oily skin. But those with dry or normal skin will appreciate this lovely addition to Physicians Formula’s Nude Wear line.

Ease of Use: 9.75/10

This product’s soft formula blends well across the skin.

Price: 8.75/10

For $14.99 you get 0.24 ounces (7 grams) of product. Strangely, this is almost twice the amount compared to what you get in the Nude Glow Blush, but only for $2 more. Still, it’s on the expensive side for a luminizing face powder from the drugstore.

This is super pretty… the packaging… and the product. I’m addicted to highlighters, so I obviously want to add this my collection. ;) I’m struggling with that $15 price tag, though!! My goodness… what is going on in the drugstores these days? I suppose I’ll wait until I have a coupon and there’s a terrific sale.
