This powder comes in a dainty box that flips open like a book and stays closed via a magnet. The lid has a clear window with a bow on top. The bottom also opens up to reveal a brush and a diagram with suggested ways to use the product. The shadows are divided into 12 rectangles, 6 of which are embossed with bows.
This palette has a total of 12 shimmering shades. The top row contains light nude shades, the second row has blush shades, the third row has light bronze shades, and the bottom row has darker bronze shades.
The powder has a very soft, smooth, and silky formula that blends beautifully. All the colors give off a metallic finish.
This is a dynamic product, allowing you to use the colors on the eyes and face. Sometimes I use this for just the eyes, mixing and matching the lighter and darker colors for the lid and crease. Other times, I use this for the face, using the top row for highlighting, the second row for blush, and the bottom two rows for the eyes. You could also use the bottom two rows for a shimmering bronzing effect on the cheeks, or for highlighting if you have dark skin.
Ease of Use: 9.5/10
The rectangles are a little small, so you need to be careful when trying to pick up just one color. The rows are also narrow, so you have to use a narrow brush if you want to pick up just those colors in that row. Otherwise, the formula transfers easily and blends very smoothly on the skin.
For $13.99 you get 0.264 ounces (7.5 grams) of product. This is on the somewhat expensive side for a drugstore face/eye product.
