The Lacquer Balms come in jumbo pencil form with bases that twist to reveal more product. The packaging is made of mirrored plastic in the color of the balm inside. The balms twist so that you don’t need to sharpen them.
Enticing is a bright, neutral red with a glossy finish. The color is near opaque and has a very low-level of gold shimmer–almost none. The product leaves a balmy finish.
The texture for this lacquer balm is very emollient and moisturizing. It feels light-weight on the lips and has a light peppermint scent without making the lips tingle noticeably.
This shade leaves a noticeable, translucent stain of color behind on the lips that can last through more than half the day, depending on how strongly you initially apply the product. The stain wears off more slowly in the lip lines, which leaves a somewhat uneven layer of stain.
Ease of Use: 9.5/10
The pencil form allows you to draw onto the lips easily and precisely.
