Sephora’s new collaboration Collection with Pantone for this year’s Color Of The Year–Radiant Orchid–has released on Sephora! This review is for the Radiant Paint Gloss Trio releasing with the Radiant Orchid Collection. This trio includes the following 3 shades:
- Lilac Sachel
- Radiant Orchid
- Brick Dust
This trio comes in a plastic, pull-out drawer made of plastic. Each lip gloss comes in a rectangular, clear tube made of plastic. They come with doe-footed applicators.
Lilac Sachel is a very pale, milky pink with a hint of lilac. This milky shade is translucent, settles into lip lines, and needs a lot of blending to not be patchy on the lips.
Radiant Orchid is a bright, rich orchid. The shade is nearly opaque on the lips and entirely smooth. This instantly stains your lips and the stain becomes stronger the longer you wear the gloss. The stain will last overnight.
Brick Dust is a salmon-tinted medium nude. The shade is nearly opaque on the lips and almost entirely smooth.
These glosses have a smooth, non-sticky formula that’s also emollient and moisturizing.
This would be a great trio if Lilac Sachel didn’t have the problems noted, above.
Ease of Use: 9/10
The doe-footed applicators make Radiant Orchid and Brick Dust easy to apply. But Lilac Sachel needs extra attention with blending in order to get rid of the unevenness.
For $26.00 you get 3 glosses for a total of 0.69 ounces. This is a good price given the amount of product.
